Deal Highlight: LivCor Acquires The Haven

Radix Underwriting would like to congratulate the team at LivCor for finalizing the acquisition of The Haven in Denver, Colorado for $65.9 million. The Class A community was purchased from its developer, Watermark Residential. The Haven, originally known as The Haven by Watermark, was completed in 2020. 

The Denver market remains attractive for multifamily investment, with consistent job growth, which has persisted through the pandemic. Other recent transactions in Colorado include Nuveen’s sale of the Palomino Park Resort community for $435 million.
