GROUNDED IN TRUTH

The only multifamily AI built on market reality.

With Radix AI, every pricing call, forecast, and analysis is made closer to market reality than any other data provider available on the market.

CONFIDENT ≠ CORRECT

The inference loop.

Scraped data creates a confidence trap: the model infers from its own inferences and optimizes against its own assumptions.

But without an answer key, a model can’t grade its own homework.

Diagram of the inference loop in scrape-based AI: property data is scraped, the model guesses the unpublished values, and those guesses are fed back into the model, making it more confident without an answer key to check against
SYSTEM OF RECORD CALIBRATION

Direct system of record data is the answer key. Radix has it.

Every call our model makes gets checked against what actually happened in the market. So it sharpens where it’s wrong, instead of growing more confident about what it guessed. And we’re not done.

As more contributors join RealRents, our model gains more ground truth to grade against, meaning the inferences keep getting better. Each recalibration closes the gap between what it predicts and what the market actually does.

Volume alone can’t do that. Scrape-based models can continue to ingest more data, but they can’t recalibrate against a reality they never touch. Ours does, and our sources of ground truth grow every day.

That’s the Radix data advantage.

Diagram of how Radix multifamily AI stays accurate: its best guesses are calibrated against system of record data published straight from property management systems through RealRents, corrected values replace the guesses, and the model retrains on the enhanced data
MARKET-TRAINED

Better data. Sharper inferences. Accurate decisions.

Every AI tool in multifamily makes recommendations from the data it’s trained on. And what it’s trained on sets the ceiling on how accurate those recommendations can ever be.

While the industry trained their models on scraped data, we trained ours on real market data from day one, pulled directly from the systems of record that run multifamily:

– 10 years of system-of-record data
– 15 years of deal history
– 7.6 million rent rolls
– 3.2 million income statements
– 20 million units

Including unit-level occupancy and actual net effective rent after concessions. Reported straight from the source.
