Question 1

What is Radix Intelligence?

Accepted Answer

Radix Intelligence is the rental comp analysis tool for development, acquisitions, and new-business teams. It allows you to build a custom property, either by cloning a real one or starting from scratch, and privately test how its rents and performance compare against a market set you choose.

Question 2

Who is Radix Intelligence for?

Accepted Answer

Radix Intelligence is built for the people who model deals before they close: development underwriters, acquisitions analysts, asset managers exploring repositioning scenarios, and new-business leads sizing opportunities in unfamiliar markets.

Question 3

Where does Radix Intelligence data come from?

Accepted Answer

Radix Intelligence is powered by the same public, accurate, daily-automated data ecosystem that drives RealRents and Radix Analytics. Millions of units flow into the platform through PMS integrations and operator-published listings, the same listings that renters and regulators see. That gives you a live view of the market without the lag, gaps, or guesswork of traditional data sources.

Question 4

How do I create a Radix Intelligence property?

Accepted Answer

You have two options: clone an existing property in the system (recommended for underwriting an existing asset) or build a new property from scratch (recommended for new development). Both options live behind the Add Custom Property button on your Radix Intelligence dashboard.

Question 5

What other data does Radix Intelligence provide to help me with underwriting assumptions?

Accepted Answer

Along with the most accurate property information, you also have access to submarket, MSA and State level Research and Trends data to help you further hone your assumptions.

Question 6

How do I build my first deal?

Accepted Answer

Start by searching for the property you are underwriting, then leverage the Radix CompMatch feature to add comps or select your own comps. This process takes less than 1 minute. If the property isn't built yet, create a custom property and follow the same process to add comps.

Question 7

Can I model different rent scenarios?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Radix Intelligence is built around scenario modeling. You can edit your custom property's rents as many times as you like to test how different pricing positions perform against your selected market set.

Question 8

What type of reporting is available?

Accepted Answer

Radix Intelligence comes with a full suite of reporting capabilities, all of which can be emailed or downloaded in both PDF and Excel.

Question 9

Does Radix support Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, and Okta. Setup guides live in the Help Center.
